Dr. Ahmed was born in Bronx, NY and grew up in Columbus, GA where his father is an Oncologist.    He received a Bachelor of Science from University of Alabama – Birmingham and Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine with Residency at Detroit Wayne County Health Authority.   He loves all sports and plays basketball and is  a huge fan of the Atlanta Hawks and Falcons.  His favorite food place is Five Guys and he describes his music taste as eclectic.  Dr. Ahmed has a passion for arthritis because of his love of sports (joints and bones).  He also speaks Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi.
